What is this Program about?
In this increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world, the stress leaders are experiencing has much to do with the strain of trying to make sense of the environment as it has to do with workload. The world of work is shifting before our very eyes. No individual, team or organisation is immune.

The Integral Leader program is designed to recognise and release the adaptive leadership qualities in all of us; qualities that build trust and respect and inspire those we work with to achieve the organisation's goals. This program enables you to have a truly positive impact on those around you.

Delivered in eight (8) modules from July through to December 2017 and incorporating sophisticated leadership and personality preference assessments, group work and action learning and coaching, the Integral Leader program is designed to help you lead in an increasingly complex, rapidly changing and frequently uncertain environment, collaborate across your organisation, influence others and initiate change.

THIS PROGRAM WILL EQUIP YOU TO:
  • bring heightened self-awareness and insight to your leadership challenges to achieve better results through understanding core personal drivers and how unconscious assumptions can create a powerful immunity to change;
  • understand the difference between reactive leadership (that orients towards) safety and creative leadership (that orients towards purpose and vision) and how you can build your capacity (and that of your team members to do more of the latter);
  • diagnose issues systemically and create more holistic, collaborative, effective and sustainable interventions using powerful, adaptive and integral tools;
  • bring increased social and creative intelligence to decision-making to create influence and stake-holder buy-in;
  • anticipate, adapt and dynamically steer our strategy with an introduction to key strategic foresight tools; and
  • communicate confidently and authentically as a leader
COMMITMENT:
  • 6 month program (from July to December 2017)
  • 8 modules, delivered in 11.5 days
  • Some out of program requirements (reading and active learning)

Program Facilitators

Susan Jackson-Wood

Susan has a solid background in training, facilitating and public speaking and has had her own HR training company delivering and facilitating 28 accredited and non-accredited programs during that time. Susan holds a Diploma in Business Management, a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and is accredited in DiSC profiling. Susan is a graduate of both the Integral Leader and Governor's Leadership Foundation Program and is also a staff member of the Leaders Institute of South Australia.

Dr John Wood

John specialises in the application of mindfulness to leadership development and performance. With a vast corporate and executive coaching background, John has designed and delivered leadership programs for enhanced performance, culture change and corporate wide leadership initiatives. Accreditations include CCL (Centre for Creative Leadership), Leadership Maturity Framework (LMF) and also the StAGES assessment, The Leadership Circle (TLC) and MBTI. His experience is complemented with a PhD identifying the leadership qualities of successful CEO's.

Josie McLean

Josie's background includes corporate strategic planning and since 1999, executive coaching. Josie's speciality is designing and delivering programs to catalyse change - personal, team and organisational. She has studied adaptive leadership at Harvard and is just completing a PhD into organisational evolution for sustainability at the University of Adelaide Business School. Accreditations include Life Styles Inventory, Team Management Profile and Leader Linker Profile, Level 1 Spiral Dynamics Practitioner. Josie is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation.

Sarah Rhead

Sarah designed, developed and co-delivered the inaugural Integral Leader Program in 2012. Sarah continues co-delivery of this program and designs and delivers transformational leadership and development programs for a diverse range of organisations, sectors and environments. Sarah is accredited in Techwerks Resilience and Wellbeing, the Leadership Maturity Framework (LMF), The Leadership Circle 360 Assessment, MBTI Step 1 & 2, and is a certified Action Learning Coach with the World Institute of Action Learning. Sarah is trained in the Inventium suite of innovation tools, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and is also an executive coach. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business, Diploma in Market Research, Grad Cert in Business with AGSM, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Diploma in Mindfulness.

Dr Kristin Alford

Kristin is an expert in her field at designing, delivering and teaching strategic foresight tools. On the Integral Leader Program, Kristin will introduce foresight tools such as the Generic Foresight Process, the 5 Whys technique, Polak's Images of the Future and others.

What is the investment?

The investment for this program in 2017 was $6,600+GST. Pricing for the 2018 Integral Leader Program will be available in early 2018.
