Ticketing: Individual tickets will NOT be sent out. A confirmation of your booking (tax invoice) will be issued on receipt of your payment if not already provided. We will have a seating plan at the door.  Cancellations: Under no circumstances will payments or tickets be refunded, however, registrations are transferable (please advise any name changes for seating purposes). In the instance of unforeseen circumstances, The Leaders Institute of SA reserves the right to cancel the event. Full refunds will be issued if this is the case.  Venue: In the instance of unforeseen circumstances, The Leaders Institute of SA reserves the right to transfer to another venue. The group contact person will be informed in advance. No monetary compensation will be issued.
