The Leaders Institute of South Australia team are a diverse group of professionals committed to achieving the success of our Mission and Vision.

Josie McLean

Josie has a passion for leadership that is strongly grounded in her values and underpinned by a deep conceptual understanding. With a commitment to helping people exercise their leadership for a more sustainable future, she will be addressing adaptive leadership and systems thinking.

Dr John Wood

With a vast corporate and executive coaching background, John has designed and delivered leadership programs for enhanced performance, culture change and corporate wide leadership initiatives. Accreditations include CCl (Centre for Creative Leadership), Leadership Maturity Framework (LMF), The Leadership Circle (TLC) and MBTI. His experience is complemented with a PhD identifying the leadership qualities of successful CEO's.

Kerrie Ashcroft

Kerrie Ashcroft has run her own successful Organisational Development and Executive Coaching practice since 2001. Since setting up her own consulting practice she has specialised in the area of organisational learning and leadership development. She has a passion for helping leaders learn how to lead in complex change environments, developing new competencies and forms of mind to meet the challenges ahead. She is also skilled in working with leaders and their teams to develop their capacity to navigate change and build a high performance culture.

Kerrie is an experienced facilitator of strategic and business planning, with a particular focus on developing strategy in times of high uncertainty and volatility. She is an experienced career transition coach and is a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia.

Kerrie continuously explores the leading edge of thinking in leadership development and brings this into her high impact leadership development programs and coaching.

Her work has a strong strategic focus, helping organisations and individual leaders to define their strengths, and build their performance. Her preferred approach is to partner with individuals to transfer knowledge and skills to build individual capability. She is skilled in helping individuals identify areas for development, and in providing coaching to assist them in achieving their goals.

Kath Milne

In a career spanning three decades, Kath Milne has been a senior executive in the financial services sector and NFP sector. Kath is now working in her own business as an organisational, community and individual facilitator. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), with the International Coaching Federation.

Her areas of passion are leading transformational change in complex environments, leadership values, and reengineering business processes for improved productivity and performance.

Firstly, for organisations; Kath uses a methodology based on working with complexity and moving in a direction rather than to a destination using adaptive practices such as safe to fail experiments to get the organisation on the journey. She utilises this approach in strategic direction workshops.

Secondly for individuals; with a passion for making a difference and her purpose in helping “bring out the best in people”, she does this through facilitating Higher Education Programs in the business school sector and individual coaching as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She uses several frameworks including The Leadership Circle Profile and System. She facilitates leadership development programs that change thinking and behaviour and support these with strength based developmental coaching.
